The packs are deliberately standard; that's what keeps the setup fee low. They fit most UK trade businesses, but not every business.
We pick the right ones for your trade and size during the discovery call. The one-page brief lists them by name so you know what you're signing up to before any setup work starts. We don't lock you in to a fixed combination — different trades genuinely need different tools.
Where we have a partner relationship with a tool provider, they may pay us a referral fee — that's disclosed in your one-page brief. It never increases what you pay; the tool's price is the same whether you find it via Northpath or directly. Where there's no partner relationship, the only money we make is the setup fee.
Tell us during discovery and we'll discount the pack accordingly — typically £50-100 off per tool you already have. We'll integrate what you've already got rather than duplicate it.
Your account, your decision. The pack doesn't lock you to any particular tool. If a tool stops working for you, we'll happily help you migrate (one-off fee, depends on the move).
You can, but most people don't. We'd rather you do one well and add the others over 3-6 months than have a stack of unused tool subscriptions. If you want the full set, talk to us about a combined setup discount.
These specific packs are tuned for UK trades. For other small businesses we'll usually steer you toward our Automation service or, if you want something more bespoke, Custom Builds.
